Connecting with your internal environment unlocks your body's full potential. Because, when you understand your body and can feel its sensations; when you're focused and intentional; when you align movement with breath; only then you achieve a heightened state of awareness.

Cohesion & Balance

We believe in developing all areas of the body equally, as our bodies were designed to move.

Conventional workout regimes are based on isolated exercises that train specific parts of our bodies: “leg” days, “arm” days, “back” days. This leads to strengths in specialised movements that are not practical for everyday life.

When you use a combination of natural movements and forms of body loading: walking, running, jumping, climbing, lifting, crawling, fighting, etc., and continually adapt your training to challenge both body and mind, your whole body is tested equally, and your system works in unison. In flow. As a result, you get stronger and more mobile, in balance with everything else. This is training for Health, not just for fitness.

Your training at Connect Studio will be tailored to fit your unique and individual needs – one size does not fit all with us.

Our highly knowledgeable trainers will take into account your lifestyle, fitness level, personal goals, and muscular imbalances to design a programme that is simple yet innovative, challenging yet fun, and purposeful and effective so as to deliver realistic results that last.

Connect Studio is for people from all walks of life, with all levels of experience – from newbies to seasoned athletes.  

We offer an environment where you can find support in your pursuit of wellness, free from judgement or usual gym stigmas.

The Connect community is a place where you will build lasting relationships with your trainers and fellow members. We're also about giving back by supporting local businesses , we do our bit to help make our neighbourhood a better place to live.
