Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your Connect Studio purchase.However, if you change your mind, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery (unless stated otherwise during promotional periods/festive holidays).

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed, or altered in any way. Returns/ exchanges will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been cut off.

Retruns/ Exchanges Process

To return or exchange an item, please email our Customer Service team at with your order number and details of the product(s) you wish to return or exchange. Our team will provide instructions on how to proceed with your return or exchange.

Please place the items you are returning or exchanging into a package (preferably the original packaging) and send them to us for inspection.

Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of your item(s) and the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Please allow up to 14 working days for returns/ exchanges to be processed. Please note that processing times can be longer during holiday periods.

Refunds

All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase the items. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Exchanges

Currently, we only offer direct exchanges in size for the same product. If you would like to exchange your item for an entirely different product, you must first return your original item and place a new order.

Product Condition

Please be aware that we cannot process returns for worn clothing. When trying on your items, ensure you are not wearing strong scents, avoid makeup stains on the product, keep all product tags intact, and ensure the item is unworn and in resalable condition. It will be at our discretion as to whether the item is in a resalable condition.
