Pricing

All bookings are non-refundable, non-transferable from person to person, and non-extendable (where applicable).

Cancellation policy

Connect Studio operates a 24-hour cancellation policy for all Sessions. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of credit for all Session package options.

No show policy

No shows are charged at a loss of credit for all Session package options.

Late policy

We understand you may be running late on occasion. If so, please notify the studio as soon as possible. Sessions that start late due to a Client's late arrival will still end one-hour from the original planned start time.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show and that session will be forfeited.
